Part oneRisks, and please read this first
You can lose everything you put in. That is not a formality, it is the most likely outcome for most memecoins. Below is every risk we know of, including the ones that make us look bad.
You can lose all of it
$SPILL is a memecoin. Its price can fall to nothing and stay there. Nothing about the payout mechanism prevents that, and the reserve floor is worth a tiny fraction of any plausible market price. Never put in money you need.
Payouts are not promised, guaranteed or fixed
Payouts are trading fees being shared out. If nobody trades $SPILL, there are no fees and there are no payouts. There is no minimum, no target, no schedule of amounts, and no obligation on anyone to keep the volume up. Past payouts tell you nothing about future ones.
GME is Robinhood's token and we do not control it
You are paid in GME, Robinhood's tokenised GameStop share. Reading its contract shows it can be paused, that transfers are checked against a block list, and that balances can be burned by administrative action. If Robinhood uses any of that, the reserve and payouts are affected and we can do nothing about it. GME's own price also moves, so what a payout is worth in your currency changes independently of anything we do. This risk applies to every GME-paired token on this chain.
The contract has not been audited
It has a test suite, a test run against a copy of the real Robinhood Chain using the real GME token, and an automated security scan that found nothing above low severity. None of that is a professional audit. Smart contracts can contain mistakes that testing does not catch, and a mistake could mean funds are stuck or lost. Read the source, which is verified on the explorer, and size your position as though a bug is possible, because it is.
Things this project depends on
- The launchpad. Fees must be collected by the launchpad before a payout can release them. We run a keeper, but we do not control that system.
- The chain. Robinhood Chain can halt, reorganise, or change. We do not run it.
- Public data providers. The site reads the chain through public endpoints and reads prices from a third party. If they are down, the site shows stale or missing numbers. It does not affect your funds.
- Nothing depends on us being online. If this site disappears entirely, your $SPILL, your locked position, your unclaimed GME and the reserve are all still there and reachable directly through the contract.
Handing back pays less than selling, almost always
The cash-out door pays your share of the reserve, which is normally far below the market price. It is a floor, not a fair-value exit. Using it while the market pays more destroys most of your value. The site shows you live which of the two is better, but the decision and the consequence are yours.
Locking has a wait, and a promise has no undo
Unlocking takes 24 hours from the moment you ask, during which the price can move against you. If you additionally make a promise to stay locked until a date, you cannot undo it, not by asking us and not by any function in the contract. You can extend it, never shorten it. Do not use that feature unless you mean it.
There is nobody to complain to
This project is pseudonymous and is not a company. There is no regulator overseeing it, no compensation scheme behind it, no support desk, and realistically no way for you to sue anyone if it goes wrong. If something breaks, your recourse is the contract itself and nothing else. Section 1 of the terms sets out exactly what that does and does not give you.
Rules, tax and where you live
Rules about tokens differ by country and change often. In some places something like this may be treated as a regulated product. Working out what applies to you, reporting what you owe and paying it is entirely your responsibility. We do not give tax or legal advice and we do not know your situation.
Everything you do is public
Every lock, claim, unlock and cash-out is a permanent public record showing your wallet address and amounts. Anyone can read it forever, and addresses can often be linked to people. If that matters to you, think about it before you start rather than after.
Scams that will target you
Expect fake tokens with our name, fake sites on similar domains, fake support accounts messaging you first, and fake links in replies. We will never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to connect a wallet to a page for a giveaway or a claim. Seven fake GME tokens already exist on this chain. Always check addresses rather than tickers.
Part twoTerms of use
By using this website or the contract it talks to, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Who operates this, and what that means for you
This project is pseudonymous. The people behind it are known only as @SpillTheBeansRH and by two wallet addresses, both published on the site with their live state. We are putting that at the top of the terms rather than burying it, because it changes what this page is worth to you.
What it means in practice:
- We are not a company. There is no registered entity, no office, and no country we claim as ours.
- You would find it very hard to bring a claim against us, and we would find it just as hard to bring one against you. Courts generally need a named party.
- Some countries require anyone selling to a consumer to give their identity and address. We do not. In those places parts of this page may not bind you as a consumer contract, and nothing here removes rights your own law gives you anyway.
- If you need a counterparty you can sue, do not use this. That is a completely reasonable requirement, and this is not the project for it.
So do not rely on our word, and do not rely on this page. Rely on the part that does not need us:
- The contract cannot be paused, changed, upgraded or emptied by anyone, including us.
- The percentages are fixed constants. Nobody can move them later.
- Our two wallets are public, and the creator's promise not to sell is a lock the chain enforces, not a sentence we typed.
- If we vanish tomorrow, your locked $SPILL, your unclaimed GME and the reserve are all still reachable straight through the contract without this site existing.
That is a smaller promise than a real company would make. It is also one that does not require trusting anybody.
2. What this site is
This site is an interface. It reads public information from a public blockchain and helps you build transactions that your own wallet signs and sends. We do not take custody of your tokens at any point, we cannot move them, and we cannot reverse or undo anything you do.
3. Not advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything. Numbers and examples on this site are illustrations, not forecasts. You make your own decisions and you carry the results.
4. What $SPILL is not
$SPILL is not a share, security, bond, fund unit, deposit or loan. It carries no ownership, no equity, no voting right and no claim on the assets, revenue or property of any company. Payouts are a redistribution of trading fees and are not dividends, interest or profit distributions. We make no promise of profit and no promise of any return.
5. Not connected to anyone else
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Robinhood Markets, GameStop Corp., Elon Musk, Vlad Tenev, the launchpad operator, or any other company or person named on this site. Names, tickers and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify things factually or to quote public statements, each of which is linked to its original source.
6. Eligibility
You confirm that you are old enough to enter a contract where you live, that you are acting for yourself, that you are not subject to sanctions and not located anywhere that would make your use of this unlawful, and that you are responsible for checking that using it is allowed where you are.
7. Provided as it is
This site and the contract are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that they are fit for a purpose, uninterrupted, accurate, or free of faults. Numbers shown may be stale, wrong or missing because of failures in systems we do not control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, nobody involved in making this is liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including loss of tokens, loss of value, lost opportunity, or losses caused by faults in the contract, in the chain, in the launchpad, in a wallet, or in any third party service. You use it at your own risk.
9. Your responsibility
- Keeping your wallet, keys and seed phrase safe. If you lose them, nobody can recover them, including us.
- Checking that the address you are interacting with is the one published here.
- Every transaction you sign, including mistakes and transactions built by a page you reached through a link.
- Your own tax and reporting obligations.
10. What you may not do
Do not use this to break the law, launder money, evade sanctions, or defraud anyone. Do not present copies or forks of this site as the real one, and do not use our name or artwork to imply that we endorse something we do not. You may otherwise share, quote and build on the material here freely.
11. Third parties
Links and embedded services (the explorer, the launchpad, price data, fonts) are run by other people under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
12. Changes
We may change this site and these terms. The version and date at the top will change when we do. The contract itself is a different matter: its rules cannot be changed by anyone, which is the whole point of it.
13. Law, and the honest version of a governing-law clause
Most terms name a country whose law governs them. We do not. A pseudonymous project with no entity cannot honestly pick a jurisdiction, and writing one down would be theatre. If a dispute ever arose, which court had authority and which law applied would be decided by the rules of wherever it was brought, not by a sentence we wrote here.
Nothing in these terms removes any right your own country's law gives you and does not let you waive.
Part threePrivacy
The short version: this site has no accounts, no database, no cookies and no analytics. We do not collect anything about you, because there is nothing here that could.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no server of ours between you and the chain, no login, no email, no session, no cookie, no tracking pixel and no analytics script. We could not build a profile of you if we wanted to.
What other people see
The page is a static file, and to show live numbers it makes requests to services we do not run. Those services can see your IP address and the fact that a request was made, under their own privacy policies:
- Public chain endpoints, to read the numbers on the page and to send a transaction you signed.
- A price data provider, to convert amounts into an approximate value in dollars.
- A font service, to load the typefaces.
- The hosting provider that serves the page, which keeps ordinary server logs.
If that bothers you, a VPN handles it, and the contract can be used directly through the explorer without this site at all.
Your wallet address
When you connect a wallet, the address is used in your browser to read your position and to build transactions. It is not sent to us, not stored, and not linked to anything else. Note separately that your address and everything you do with the contract are permanently public on the chain, which is a property of the chain rather than of this site.
Your browser's own storage
The page may remember small conveniences in your own browser, such as which sections you expanded. That data never leaves your device and clearing your browser data removes it.
Children
This is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone at all, including children.
Part fourContact
Reply to @SpillTheBeansRH in public. We prefer public because then everyone sees the answer and nobody has to take our word for what we said to somebody else. There is no support desk, no ticket system and no private channel, and we will never message you first. Anyone who does is not us.
If you believe you have found a security problem in the contract, please tell us privately first and give us a chance to respond before publishing.
